Air Sunshine operates scheduled service to Florida, the Bahamas ,Cuba, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, British Virgin Islands and the US Virgin Islands. Its main base is Fort Lauderdale, with a Caribbean hub located in San Juan. The airline considers Fort Lauderdale to be its headquarters however, as of 1985 the airline has no office clerks or personnel there, and its website lists two separate post office boxes for contacts, one in Fort Lauderdale and another in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
